Chuck
Harris
President & CEO
Chuck is a founding Partner with HMA and is a native of the Atlanta,
Georgia area. He graduated with honors from the University of
Georgia where he attended on a full four year track scholarship.
Chuck has over 30 years of healthcare staffing experience. He
is formerly co-founder and President of Harris, Kovacs & Alderman,
one of the nations largest permanent placement firms. Under his
leadership, HKA Locum Tenens was established and provided locum
tenens services for all physician specialties for both commercial
and government entities across the US. The companies overall
successes and growth resulted in their designation as an Inc.
Magazine 500 fastest growing privately held companies.
Chuck is also a founding member of the National Council of Medicine
at Emory University and a board member of Atlanta Leukemia Research,
Inc. He began and oversees a 30-year-old philanthropy with the
Charles
Harris Run, a 10k road race in honor of Chuck's father, Dr.
Charles E. Harris, who succumbed to leukemia at age 49, in 1981.
The race has raised over $1 million for leukemia research at Emory
University. His outside interests include boating, running, triathlon
competition, snow skiing, travel, family events and prison ministry
with his church.

David has over 25 years of experience in the marketing, healthcare
and medical industries ranging from client account management to
government contracting. Although a world traveler, David is originally
from Oklahoma. He graduated with an Associates Degree in law
enforcement from Tulsa State Junior College in Tulsa, OK, and a
Bachelor’s Degree in international affairs with a minor in marketing
from Kennesaw State University in Marietta, GA. For the past six
years, David has worked in various locum tenens recruiting capacities
and he specializes in domestic and international government contract
procurement and management. David is responsible for
the Harris Medical GSA Federal Supply Schedule and growing the
government division in local, state, federal and international
contract procurement arenas.
